Improvements in Waste Management
Residents are reminded of the need to follow some basic requirements in order to assist in the improved management of the Nyngan Waste Depot: - Drop only general waste at the ramp area.
- Leave metals, green waste, tyres and metals at the appropriate bays.
- No scavenging.
- No lighting of fires.
- Hold household chemicals in a safe place until Council makes. Arrangement for holding facilities.
- Cover all loads when transporting waste to avoid littering and spillage.
- Follow instruction given by signage.
- Those who have significant amounts of commercial or building waste (more than a single trailer load), should contact Council prior to disposal.
